Joshua Tree, CA, is one of my happy places. Driving from hazy Los Angeles into an open highway, seeing the rock mountains grow larger ahead of me, puts my mind at ease and I feel a wave of calm wash over me every. single. time. Sometimes a break from the big city is absolutely needed, and I'm lucky that my work takes me to such a serene place every now and then!
David & Deann were visiting from Texas for precisely the same reason I described above - they needed a break from life for a little peace and quiet in this gorgeous California desert. And what better way to commemorate an unforgettable trip with some unforgettable pics?! They seriously killed it with their poses and location ideas - they definitely made my job easy! I seriously can't wait for my next trip out to Joshua Tree. Who wants to come with?
