Lauren & Kevin - New Orleans Elopement
I like to believe that everyone has a soulmate. Maybe I'm just a hopeless romantic, but working in the industry of love has only led me to feel this even deeper, with more certainty. Lauren & Kevin are the proof. They met in high school, not realizing that they were destined for each other, but found their way back into each other's lives through the universe's mysterious ways. They officially tied the knot during a sweet sweet ceremony at the Oak Grove in New Orleans's City Park surrounded by their immediate family. Afterwards, we got to hang out for an extended romantics session, walking through the park and heading downtown for a carriage ride through the iconic French quarter. After our session we had to stop in for a celebratory drink too! It was such an honor learning more about their love and the beautiful humans they are, and I'm so lucky I was able to capture the beginning of such an important chapter in their story. Lauren feels like a dear friend I was destined to have, and I'm so excited to stay in touch with them and see where life takes the two of them next! Check out some of my favorite shots below.
