Santa Monica Pier Engagement Session

The Santa Monica Pier is everyone's favorite attraction, serving as an iconic backdrop for countless movies, tv shows, and photoshoots, of course. Lyn reached out to me, drawn to this pretty scene like so many others have been, in hopes to capture her new engagement photos here. It was a cold and gloomy day for May, but we still ended up having such a blast! Lyn and Jeff brought along their dog, Tito, who loves sand but hates seagulls. At one point, we had a seagull definitely laughing in poor Tito's face when his leash prevented him from chasing that bird away. Despite the gloom and the pesky seagulls, we had so much together and I can't wait to shoot their wedding next spring in DC!
